Located across the street from Target in downtown Walnut Creek is a new apartment complex being built by MIll Creek called the North Main Apartments which will contain 126 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Check out the features and amenities here. Interestingly there will be “electric car charging stations”. I like that washer and dryers are included as well.

Mill Creek expands its presence in Northern California with the development of North Main Apartments in Walnut Creek, California. This luxury apartment community will comprise 126 apartment homes over a two-level podium on approximately 1.2 acres. The community will offer studio, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, ranging in square footage from 515 square feet to 1,027 square feet. In addition, three live/work spaces will be included in the mix.

Amenities for this community include a roof terrace, resort-style pool, state-of-the art clubhouse and fitness center, wine lockers, BBQ area, pet run, bicycle parking, electric vehicle charging and City CarShare, and a large internal landscaped courtyard above the podium.
