Back in February I noted delays with the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf construction at the Sprouts Shopping Center in Walnut Creek and recently stopped by to get a look at the progress when lo and behold this is what I saw. No. Progress. At. All. I think the stop sign inside is a perfect metaphor for this. It looks identical to what it looked like back in February, yet there is no For Lease sign either. Anyone know what’s going on? I was looking forward to trying out the tea at this cafe!
