Talbots Reopens in New Plaza Escuela Spot in Downtown Walnut Creek

In May we learned that Talbots would be reopening in downtown Walnut Creek at a new Plaza Escuela spot where Uniqlo used to be. When I inquired over the weekend they said they’ll be opening today.
