From the Walnut Creek Police Department:
Over the past several weeks the Walnut Creek Police Department has received complaints from the public about lewd activity occurring in and around public restrooms at Heather Farms Park. The restrooms in question are on the southern end of the park across the street from a playground and next to baseball and soccer fields. Citizens have also reported unwanted solicitations for sexual activity while using the restrooms.
Today Walnut Creek officers conducted an enforcement operation and arrested Ryan MEULPOLDER for loitering about a public restroom for the purpose of engaging in lewd conduct. Several other subjects were contacted during the operation.
The Walnut Creek Police Department will continue to monitor the area and respond to complaints of any criminal activity occurring in and around the park.View Larger Map
