Last month we learned that Bistro Burger & Grill would be opening in Lafayette where Susan Foord Cafe used to be near Trader Joe’s and they will be opening later this week, possibly on Thursday or Friday. Take a look at a preview of the inside below. There is also a long bar area which will offer four different types of draft beer, wine, and light cocktails as well as smoothies and milkshakes.
