The Livermore-based Cheese Therapy food truck [great name!] debuted at the Off the Grid food market in Concord over the weekend. I tried the spicy pumpkin soup and salami veggie sandwich and it was delicious! They are also at the Taste of the World food market in Walnut Creek near the Pleasant Hill BART station.
