$15 per plateWHAT: Chef’s Crab Feast – Chef Henry Hamilton is serving local California Dungeness Crab and created three different dishes to choose from for $15 per plate. Optional recommend wine or beer pairing for an additional $5.
Choose one from the following menu items:
House-made Dungeness Crab Ravioli with sauteed winter greens, chantrelle mushrooms and crab butter fondue. ($15)
Dungeness Crab Cioppino with 1/4 cracked crab, mussels, rockfish, fennel, potatoes, crab rouille sauce, garlic crostini ($15)
Whole Garlic-Roasted Dungeness Crab with garlic noodles, sauteed winter greens, drawn garlic butter (serves 2 people, $15 per person)

WHEN: Available during two weekends from Thursday to Saturday, January 19-21 and January 26-28.
WHY: Because crab is delicious! The biggest and sweetest Dungeness Crabs are during the winter season and the Chefs at Tender Greens wanted to offer special crab dinners for guests to enjoy. At $15 per person, it’s an everyday luxury. How can we offer an incredible crab dinner for just $15? Because of our relationships with local fishermen and this is already what we do everyday on our featured daily special menu.
