This benefit is meant to raise awareness of the non-profit organization, Heart of a Hero, that helps empower children and bring joy to them and their families. Ricky Mena, dressed as Spider-Man, visits children who are sick, in foster care, and who are underprivileged and brightens their day with compassion, empathy, and friendship. Since 2014, he has visited around 7,000 children in need, traveling across the country, making a difference in countless people’s lives. He does this out of the goodness of his heart. All proceeds from this event will go to Heart of a Hero.
This community event is being presented and supported by Pleasant Hill’s NEW music school, Fearless Music Studios as well as by The Peter Pan Foundation.
