Spotted this new mural on the new, soon-to-open Crate & Barrel store in downtown Walnut Creek. At first, I wasn’t sure it’s finished, but I think it is? I see a Japanese rising sun like on the flag but don’t understand the meaning. Any ideas? The artist listed is Casey O’Connell. Mural Insta can be viewed here.
