Our much anticipated Olive Oil 101 class will be taught by industry experts and will cover such topics as; The History of Olive Oil Production, Health Benefits, How to Select an Olive Oil, Industry Fraud, Tasting Olive Oil, as well as, Common Myths and Misconceptions! Attendees will be guided through a formal tasting of several of the freshest, most awarded olive oils in the world.
Upon completion, guests will have the opportunity indulge in various light food offerings made with the oils and vinegars found in the store. In addition, all in attendance will receive a complimentary 60 ml. bottle of our barrel aged Italian Balsamic, as well as an exclusive discount towards any oil or vinegar in the shop!
