Thanks to a reader for sending word that Green Fish Seafood Market is coming to Walnut Creek where Walnut Creek Produce used to be, next to Il Pavone. It looks like this place has an existing market in Oakland Chinatown. Find out more about the history of the Oakland market here.

A store called Crystal Dreams is “coming soon” to downtown Walnut Creek where Ming Quong used to be. Smart move to choose this spot which seems similar in at least some respects I suspect.
