1380 N. California, Walnut Creek
Check out the progress on the 1380 N. California condo and retail project in downtown Walnut Creek where McDonald’s used to be. It’s hard to tell from the photo but that is one deep hole which will house about 150 underground parking spots. Above will be mixed use development with over 110 condos and about 15,000 sq. ft. of retail and restaurant space. In the building at left, back is where Swan’s Fine Books used to be.
