Braff’s most recent novel, ‘The Daddy Diaries,’ is a funny and honest tale of a stay-at-home dad and his two pre-teen kids who’ve been uprooted from California to a small Florida beach town. While the kids navigate the difficulties of adolescence, the father faces the challenges of parenting, marriage and trying to make a life in a very different place.
