Sacramento-based restaurant Kick’N Mule is planning to open at the Clayton Valley shopping center in Concord where Bella Ristorante used to be according to the latest leasing information. I-Brow Bar opened recently in the Clayton Valley Shopping Center in Concord. As you can see by the poster on the wall they also offer Henna tattoos which last 2-3 weeks.
