Thanks to a reader for pointing out that Burlington (Coat Factory) is coming to the Pleasant Hill Shopping Center where Toys R Us used to be before relocating to the Veranda shopping center in Concord, according to this Mercury News article.

Although there is a Starbucks in Target according to various sources there will definitely be a Starbucks here as well.
