Last July we learned about a new personal training and boxing gym called The Star Method that opened in downtown Walnut Creek above CREAM and in the next few weeks they are relocating across the street where Atlas & Athena used to be. Adam Nijem is a fitness professional who specializes in boxing and personal training. As a youth he played every sport he could get his hands on and eventually pursued a career in Mixed Martial Arts and turned professional in 2013. After retiring in 2016 he instructed corporate wellness-fitness programs at premier companies in the Bay Area. His training have effectively been used to improve creative team building by using fitness and mental growth to promote confidence. Adam has been giving private lessons for 7 years and taught at the best fight and boutique gyms in the area.
