I’m pretty convinced that the Walnut Creek (Broadway Plaza) Santa is the real Santa and I love that my kids get their photo with him each year. I’m really sad that he doesn’t have a home in Walnut Creek for 2014, and the Pleasanton and Concord Santas are just not the same. I was too late to get into the Breakfast With Santa and I see he’ll be around the weekend before Christmas — since you’re in the know, is that my only chance to snap a photo of my little ones with the Best Santa Ever?

The drinking chocolate company from Grass Valley (near Lake Tahoe) CaCoCo is now available at the Walnut Creek farmers market in downtown Walnut Creek on Sundays. Check them out on Facebook here.

Here is an update on the wallet thief. Take a close look as she is seen exiting a store after purchasing over $1000 worth of merchandise on the stolen credit card. This is just one of the stores she hit. Please call the Walnut Creek Police Dept at (925)943-5844 if you recognize her.
